Lotsa Knitting Time

Well, I had a lot of knitting time this weekend and only one project with me. Those two facts lead to the logical conclusion. The baby hoodie towel is finished.

This came as a kit from Cottage Knits with Cotton Chenille yarn. The pattern is very easy, but was not enjoyable, it was totally boring, but now that it's done, I'm still waiting for my yarn, and I'm still looking for knitting projects to take up some time.

I started on the first pattern from the "Knitting Pattern A Day" callender that everyone got for Christmas this year. The pattern is poorly written. I hope that new knitters don't decide to start with this one! After a bit I figured out what was up and it's about half finished now. Can I complete two projects, start to finish, before my yarn gets to me? It sure seems like a possibility! Stay tuned.

PS. If you've been wondering, my photo hosting site is having problems again. They say it's due to unusually high traffic from people looking for Tsunami pictures. Hopefully all of the pictures, including my frog background, will come back soon.
